My plan today is as follows:
- breakfast is yogurt, berries and granola
- lunch in Italian wedding soup that I made with a side salad
- dinner is the leftover sweet potato tostada with refried beans and homemade salsa
- Exercise is 60 mins Body Pump
- drink of choice today is sparkling water
I added the ‘continued’ blog as I caught myself thinking of the theoretical again and the idea of losing weight – not the actual plan of action – I need to continue to ensure my state of mind is on the hard work and plan to get there rather than falling in love with the idea of the result. I think a lot – I will catch myself in this blog daily.
